1. Booking + Deposits

• Online booking is available up to 30 days in advance

• In person booking is available up to 90 days in advance.

• A non-refundable deposit is required when booking online.

• After-hours appointments require a $30 deposit.

2. Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time.

• If nail art is booked but we no longer have time for it due to lateness, it will not be done, and you will still be charged for the booked service.

3. No-Shows & Cancellations

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.

• You will not be able to rebook until the no-show fee is paid.

• If you’re sick, please stay home—you will not be charged for rescheduling due to illness.

4. Age Policy

• Clients of all ages are welcome.

• Clients under 13 may only receive natural nail services such as structured gel or gel manicures.

• Extensions are not offered to clients under 13 due to nail development.

5. Health & Sanitation

• All clients are required to wash and scrub their hands before their appointment.

• If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.

6. Refunds & Changes

• Refunds are not offered.

• If you’d like anything changed, please let us know during your appointment—we’re happy to adjust in the moment.

7. Nail Fixes

• Fixes are free within the first 2 weeks of your appointment.

• After 2 weeks, fixes are $5 per nail.

• Fills should be scheduled every 3–4 weeks. Anything beyond that may require a full new set.

8. Guests & Children

• No extra guests or children are allowed at appointments unless approved in advance by Mikayla.
